    Who is impacted?

        • All general industries.
        • Employers with at least 100 employees.
        • Specifies rules for franchise businesses in 100 employee calculation.
        • Includes seasonal, temporary workers employed directly by employer (non contractors) within 100 employee calculation; includes employees regardless of age (minors).
        • Exemptions: employees who telework or work at a remote site without any other colleagues; employees who work exclusively outside.
