Due to the growing prevalence of food allergies, food regulatory agencies have imposed new labeling rules including the FASTER Act, declaring sesame as the 9th major allergen in the U.S. This webinar will cover the prevalence of food allergies and best practices for food manufacturers to prevent recalls due to unlabeled allergens.
